Ary Rosa e Glenda Nicácio vivem há 11 anos no Recôncavo da Bahia, onde se formaram em Cinema pela Universidade Federal do Recôncavo da Bahia (UFRB) e fundaram a produtora independente Rosza Filmes (2011). Morando no Recôncavo, encontram na cultura popular local a pulsação para a realização em cinema, desenvolvendo filmes onde o processo de produção, a narrativa e a estética são elementos pautados nas dinâmicas do interior, pois fazem filme no interior com o interior. Café com Canela (2017), primeiro longa-metragem dos diretores, foi premiado em grandes festivais do país. A dupla também dirigiu os longas-metragens Ilha (2018), Até o Fim (2020) e Voltei(2021). Atualmente, se dedicam à realização da comédia Na Rédea Curta.

Directors:
Ary Rosa and Glenda Nicácio have lived in the Recôncavo da Bahia for eleven years, where they graduated in Cinema from the Federal University of Recôncavo da Bahia (UFRB) and founded the independent production company Rosza Filmes (2011). Living in the Recôncavo, they find in the local popular culture the pulse for filmmaking, developing films where the production process, narrative and aesthetics are elements based on the dynamics of the countryside. Café com Canela (2017), the directors’ first feature film, was awarded at major festivals in the country, widely shown in shows, film clubs and on the commercial film circuit. The duo also directed the feature films Ilha (2018), Até o Fim (2020) and Voltei (2021). Currently, they are dedicated to directing the comedy Na Rédea Curta.
